Nestled on the top floor of a quiet residence in the village centre, this 40m² floor space accommodation offers a clear view of the surrounding mountains.
The interior has been recently renovated with taste, offering modern and comfortable furniture. The living room features an electric fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing, and air conditioning in the living space for more freshness in summer.
The fully equipped American kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, with equipment such as oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso) and dishwasher.
The room includes a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and the living room has a sofa bed (140x200cm), comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. A bathroom with toilet completes the accommodation.
The WiFi connection, a large smart TV with the Canal+ package provided and a Playstation (PS5) are also at your disposal for your moments of relaxation.
Located in the immediate vicinity of ski and cycling trails, this apartment is the perfect place for sports enthusiasts. It is also ideally situated for those who prefer to frequent the shops, cafés and restaurants of the resort.

                The La Terrasse de Roma apartment is located in a small 3-storey residence in the very center of the village of Les Gets. Thanks to its ideal location, you can do everything on foot: the shops (shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes...) are at the foot of the residence and the departure of the Chavannes ski lifts is only 80 meters away.
 
 This charming apartment, completely renovated, is very functional and comfortable. It opens onto a small entrance hall with separate WC. The bedroom, nicely decorated, has a double bed (140*190) and plenty of storage. It overlooks the back side of the building and is therefore quieter.
 
 In its extension are the shower room, then the living room. With its two windows and its large bay window, it is bright and offers lovely views of the central street and the surrounding mountains.
 The lounge area includes a very comfortable 2-seater convertible sofa bed and a retractable flat-screen television. The kitchen area is fully equipped: toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, etc. You will find everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals on the shepherd's table.
 
 The living room opens onto a large front balcony equipped with outdoor armchairs, then onto a huge 44m² south-west facing terrace where you can eat in summer or make snowmen in winter!

                The Nael apartment is located in the center of the village resort of Les Gets in the French Alps (Haute-Savoie), close to all amenities: restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarket, cinema... It is also 2 minutes away on foot from the ski and mountain bike trails (160 meters), which makes it ideal for a car-free stay!
 
 Despite its central location, the Nael apartment is located in a quiet street and a peaceful residence, and even benefits from a garden view.
 
 Located on the 2nd floor, it opens onto a small hall serving separate WCs, a bathroom (completely renovated early 2025) and a large double bedroom. With its King size bed (180*200), its sober decoration and its charming loggia, this room is a haven of peace conducive to restful nights.
 
 The living room is an extension of the entrance, and is made up of a kitchen-dining room open to the living room. The kitchen, completely renovated early 2025, has all the necessary equipment (dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue maker, etc.) and has large storage cupboards.
 The living room, which offers a second bed with its two-seater sofa bed (140*190), opens onto a southwest-facing balcony from where you can admire the view of the garden.
