It is situated on the highly sought-after Chavannes road, 2.2 km from the departure point of the main ski lifts (6 minutes by car) and ski schools, 1.7 km from the village centre (5 minutes by car) and 250 metres from the nearest bus stop (5 minutes on foot).
Laid out over 3 levels, Chalet Nova is organised as follows:
Ground floor
- Entrance with storage and WC;
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, induction hobs…;
- Dining room with exceptional views of Mont-Chéry;
- Lounge with wood-burning insert fireplace and television;
- Large 25 m² terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue;

Located at the beginning of the Chavannes road, just 600m on foot from the ski slopes, 800m from the centre of Les Gets resort and 50m from the free shuttle, the Octopussy chalet will seduce you with its modern décor and exceptional views over the village and surrounding mountains.
Its bright interior and colourful furnishings give it a cheerful and energising atmosphere, very pleasant in winter as in summer.
This 151m² chalet is equipped with numerous amenities and offers all the comfort necessary for a successful holiday: a wood-burning stove in the centre of the living area, a two-person spa with views over the village, an outdoor bubble sauna for 6/8 people surrounded by fir trees, an independent TV lounge, a vast ski room with large boot dryer (10 pairs), electric roller shutters, a cordless vacuum cleaner, a Bluetooth speaker, a PlayStation 4, an induction charger for mobile phones and board games for all ages!
Organised over 3 levels, the Octopussy chalet is laid out as follows:
Ground floor
- the chalet opens onto a vast entrance with cupboard, an adjoining storage room and the ski room in its continuation.
- on the same level there is also a large master suite with King size bed (180*200cm), video projector, large bay windows opening onto a balcony, large dressing room and shower room with WC.
First floor
- the living area, comprising an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, raclette set, crêpes party set, baby/child crockery...) opening onto the dining room and lounge, occupies the entire upper floor of the chalet. Flooded with light thanks to its numerous windows, it is south-west facing and provides access to a terrace. From the hot tub or outdoor furniture, you will be able to enjoy the unobstructed views of the village and neighbouring mountains.
- a separate WC is also located on this floor.
Lower floor
- the 3 other bedrooms of the chalet are situated on this level. The first has a Queen size bed (160*200), a large storage cupboard and a bay window opening onto a wooden terrace and garden. The second has 2 single beds (80*200), which can be joined together to form (on request) a Queen size bed (160*200), and a large cupboard. The third is equipped with two single bunk beds (80*190) with large storage drawers. It should be noted that this last room has no external windows and therefore has no opening to the outside.
- this floor also includes: a bathroom, a shower room, a separate WC, a TV lounge, a utility corner with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
- a glazed door provides access to the small garden of the chalet, which features a bubble sauna surrounded by fir trees.

We stayed at Chalet Nova in Les Gets for a week over February half term and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, it exceeded our expectations in every way.
The location is absolutely superb — peaceful, with stunning views, yet still very well placed for access to the slopes and town. Waking up each morning to those mountain views was something special. The chalet itself is beautifully designed inside and out. It strikes that perfect balance between luxury and comfort — stylish without feeling overdone, and incredibly well thought through - and lots of glass to make the most of the amazing views! After long days skiing, the hot tub was a real highlight - as was the log fire - which made the evenings wonderfully cosy. It felt like a proper alpine retreat. Practical details were just as good as the aesthetics — parking was easy and convenient and the directions and communication beforehand were clear, prompt and really helpful. Everything felt seamless. We had such a fantastic stay and genuinely didn’t want to leave. It’s rare to find somewhere that ticks every box — location, views, quality, comfort, organisation — but Chalet Nova absolutely does. We’re already planning to return. Highly recommend. |
