Description
Eagle chalet has an ideal geographical location, both in winter and for the summer season. It is indeed located in the highly sought-after residential area of Gibannaz at Les Gets, along the Bruyère ski run, which leads to the village and the departure point of the main ski lifts. Departure and return to the chalet are therefore on skis thanks to this medium difficulty run (blue level), which is very convenient even with children.
The chalet is also located less than 5 minutes' walk from Lake des Écoles and its numerous outdoor activities: children's play areas, bike pump-track, multi-sports and beach volleyball courts, fitness modules, swimming, inflatable water games, large grass beach, free barbecue, picnic tables and table tennis etc.
The centre of the village resort and all its shops (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, sports shops…) are 1.4 km away.
This magnificent chalet built in 2022 can accommodate up to 15 people and is fitted with high-end materials, which give it a very cosy atmosphere.
Built over 3 levels with a total floor area of 200m², it is organised as follows:
- Ground floor: spacious entrance with large adjoining ski room, garage with storage, laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer), dormitory with 7 beds (single beds 90x190 cm), bathroom and separate toilet.
- 1st floor: the living area occupies this entire level with a spacious lounge with fireplace, a large fully equipped open kitchen and a nice dining area.
The large bay windows offer an unobstructed view of the slopes and surrounding mountains (notably Mont-Chéry and Pic du Marcelly) and provide access to a balcony and a vast terrace.
On this same level there is also a TV lounge/games room and a separate toilet.
- 2nd floor: 4 spacious double bedrooms (Queen size beds 160x190 cm), all equipped with storage cupboards and their own en-suite shower rooms, occupy the top level of the chalet.
Three of them have a large French door opening onto a balcony and offering a clear view of the slopes and the valley.
Separate toilets are also located on this landing.
